Clematis 'Vienetta'

A free flowering deciduous climber with unique and remarkable flower shape. The Clematis Viennetta is a variety carrying blooms with cream-white outer petals and interesting ruffled inner petals and stamen of purple and pink, providing a lovely contrasting two-tone effect to the spreading vines over a long period ranging from the early Summer months straight through to Autumn.

Plant in moisture retentive, well-drained soil and keep the root and base of the planted cool and shaded by other plants or protected with a layer of pebbles. Plant with the crown up to 8cm deep to encourage new growth from below ground level.
