Cyperus 'Zumula'

Cyperus 'Zumula'

Cyperus alternifolius Zumula, commonly known as Cat Grass, is a very simplistic indoor plant. Its bright green foliage will add a vibrancy to the room it is placed in, whilst not being invasive or distracting anyone. Its main asset is that it is 100% cat friendly, meaning your feline friends are safe to roam about this plant with no worry of toxicity harming them.

The plant is best placed in bright, indirect light. This makes most homes, offices, desks and window sills ideal. If conditions allow, you could also place this plant on the floor due to its cat-safe nature. Watering should be done once a week to ensure the soil remains relatively moist. If placed indoors, let the plant sit in a shallow tray for the water to disperse into.
