Juniperus 'Blue Star'

Juniperus Blue Star is an attractive, versatile, slow-growing evergreen conifer, it's short growth and slightly rounded bun shape makes it an ideal ground-covering plant for an established flower bed. The plant itself features tightly packed bunches of awl-shaped needles. Can be planted in full sun or partial shade, but leaving it exposed shows off it's beautiful powdery blue-silver foliage that displays all year round. Blue Star prefers well-drained soil, and will become resistant to drought and temperature changes once it is an established plant, making it extremely hardy and very low maintenance.
