Onion Welsh
Onion Welsh is a perennial herb with a mild flavour, similar to chives. Its thick stems remain green virtually all year, whilst creamy white, bulbous flowers blooms throughout summer.
Onion Welsh can be used as both a herb and a vegetable. It’s great in salads or stir fry’s or even as a garnish. However, it’s also delicious when sauteed with beef or chicken.
