They can be used in a wide range of dishes, from raw in a salad, to stuffed peppers or to being cooked in a pasta or stir-fry. Grow in any, fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered spot. Plants can be grown in containers or grow bags, or kept in a greenhouse or polytunnel. Harvest when the fruits skin is glossy.
