Picea 'Rainbow's End'

A delightful dwarf evergreen conifer, Picea Rainbows End is a wide spreading plant forming a cone of soft needle clumps tipped with bright green foliage in early spring. The early growth is joined by a second flush of bright yellow foliage which lights up the tips of the plant similar to a christmas tree. Rainbows End is a low-maintenance plant that performs best in well-drained fertile soil, it is also extremely versatile, and looks good at the front of a fully exposed border, or in a rock garden. Ideal planting suggestion would be to surround it with gravel to protect foliage.
