Raspberry Summer Chef, scientifically known as Rubus idaeus, is a deciduous fruit plant that has plenty of upsides, whether that be the large and conical fruits or its intense aroma. The cropping season of July - mid-August is great for growers as it brings a high yield throughout the peak Summer months. Its foliage will autumn away in Winter due to its deciduous nature. On top of this, they are also a great addition to culinary meals.
