Salvia 'Wendy's Wish'

Salvia 'Wendy's Wish'

Salvia Wendy's Wish is part of the largest mint family genus, Salvia, which has nearly 1000 species. The flowers bloom in Summer, showing off a very vibrant shade of purple-pink. This eye-catching burst of colour contrasts perfectly against the green foliage and its burgundy stems. This hardy variety also bears a lovely, citrus scent that adds another attractive feature to your borders, plant displays, pots or containers.

Commonly known as Sage, this plant will grow to an ultimate height of 1m and spread of 0.6m. It is also very easy to care for. Place it in full sunlight and moist, well-drained soil, although it will tolerate most soil types. In terms of watering, only do so when the soil is dry to touch, as it can withstand small periods of drought.

Please Note: Images are for illustrative purposes only. Some plants may be supplied in their dormant state if purchased during that period later in the year. Fresh growth will then return in the following Spring.
