Mid-green, textured leaves give this plant an attractive appearance, whilst it’s also great for flavouring meats and sauces. One of the best culinary uses for Spanish Mint is in drinks: it’s great for adding to tea and it also makes the perfect mojito.
Plant Mint Spanish in moist, well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. It is a vigorous grower and should be harvested regularly over spring and summer, before pruning back in winter.
