Thyme 'Silver Posie'

Thyme Silver Posie is a dwarf, bushy, evergreen garden herb which is highly ornamental as well as boasting multiple culinary uses. Small, dark grey-green leaves have a beautiful lemon scent, especially when brushed against. In summer, lilac-purple flowers pepper the plant with colour.

Plant Thyme Silver Posie in well-drained chalky, loamy or sandy soil and in full sun. It will add a beautiful flavour to chicken, fish pork and even vegetable dishes. It’s also perfect for ground cover or growing in border edges.
